This year we made calm boxes to help if we are feeling angry or stressed. They help to calm us down and we feel much better.

The calm boxes had a lot of things that we like to smell, something that we like to see, something that we like to hear, something that we like to touch and something that we like to taste.

Many people put chocolate bars in their box for something that they like to taste, but I don’t think that any chocolate bar made it past the first day.

A lot of people had a photo of their family as something that they like to see.

For something to touch many people put clay or putty, fluffy things such as fabric or something soft into their box.

For something that we liked to hear lots of people put in musical instruments, or something a bit more unique that they had lying about their houses.

And lastly for the thing that people liked to smell many of us put in candles or something else with a particular scent that we liked.

The calm boxes worked really well and they help us a lot in class when we need a few minutes to calm down.
