One of the things we look forward to most in St. Peter’s NS is our Christmas talent show. Once again this year we had a variety of performances from boys, girls, groups and classes young and old.

First up we had a performance of the nativity plays from Junior and Senior Infants which was greatly appreciated by all the classes.

Then we had a fantastic performance from Noreen Mc Manus’s young fiddlers. They gave us some jigs and reels as well as Christmas carols like Away in a Manger and Jingle Bells. Everyone joined in.

Afterwards we had solo artists on harp and then a new instrument for Dromiskin – the concertina or squeeze box

Fifth class performed the final act of the day with a cool version of the anti bullying rap “I Like It” which has very strong messages for us all.

Aren’t we so lucky to have such talent in Dromiskin and to see our children so confident and happy to share their gifts
